This was done while I was idle at the FlyFishing Show in Marlboro, MA Jan 14-16. How does one get customers to your booth while others are trying to attract them to their booths. Honey doesn't always work. I know the product is good and unique to the show. I can't always rely on my brilliant smile.

Catch & Release?

First you need to find the fish. Then you catch the fish. And then you release the fish. That would be the right thing to do. But the handling of the fish should be as minimal as possible. No showing off and wrestling the fish. who wins?

Texting While Driving

No one is happy when someone else is texting while they are suppposed to be paying attention.

It Is Done!

Phew! The first hurdle is passed. It's now ready for the world to view.
Is it cast in stone? Never. The resume is a fluid document.
As business verbs and catch phrases change, so should you change. Be flexible. Be original. Be all that you can be (a plagiarist)!

Writing your resume

Writing a new resume isn't that hard. When you have power tools. And a powerful staff of writers. They're not really lies. They are maybe half-truths. Do the half-truth half step. Make your work history dance on the page. Tell prospective bosses: "I drove the process at my last job." "I turned my department into a robust profit center". "I even stayed til 5 on Fridays!" "Read my bullets, I'm your man!"

Seagar Bear

Where there's smoke there's fire. When you have fur it can be dangerous. I am going to pray to the Black&White gods for work in the fall this year. What smart art director can't use a good bear. All agreed?

These Boots

You need a good pair of boots for kicking some #&*%*. These would be a cross between Army issue boots and converse all star sneakers. If you had high top white Cons back in Troy, where I lived til I was 10, in the 60's, you were the coolest. I guess I always wanted them then. I can't say that now. I could use a pair of boots like this now.
